It’s Easier Than You Think
The number 1 question I get from people interested in Parkour is "is parkour really for me?"
And my answer every time is a resounding yes.
While Parkour has found its virality through super human feats and accomplishments, the sport has so much more to offer and I promise, there IS a spot for you.
I’m a firm believer that life is way too short to shy away from the things that interest you and while the videos you see online might seem intimidating, more often than not, you’re seeing athletes who have spent decades honing their craft.
What parkour looks like to a practitioner at Darryl Stingley’s level is vastly different to what it will look like for an individual trying to regain independence at age 65, a new parent who’s trying to get back into activity, a child with no experience in sports learning how to navigate their environment, or even myself who’s trying to practice and get better in whatever increments are attainable.
What you will find when you take that first step is a sport that meets you where you are, skills that progress at your pace, and a supportive community that wants you there as much as you want to be there.
We understand what it's like to be you and, more than anything, we want to share something that has given us so much throughout our lives with you and anyone else willing to learn.
So, consider this my official invitation.
From me to you - we'll always be your biggest supporters. I promise you, it's easier than you think.
