Welcome to July, Sqvadscribers!

It’s really heating up out here now but that’s not gonna stop us from moving.

Before we jump into it, we’d like to give a shout out to our community member of the month, Zara! 

Zara shows up consistently to put in work and has been making steady progress week after week. She brings a fiery energy that keeps everyone pushing themselves and always steps up to the challenges presented during class. It’s been a pleasure watching Zara’s growth and we look forward to reaching new heights alongside her!

OBSIDIAN GATHERING - WEST

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the first Obsidian Gathering West - and thank you to Marquis for the opportunity to be a part of hosting such an incredibly beautiful and inclusive event right here in the Bay.

We’re already looking forward to what next year will bring!

Classes & Sunday Service

Classes are running as usual this month, with Monday Sprint Club happening on the 6th and the 20th of the month. We’ve got classes in locations all across the Bay and our service hours are 9am-2pm & 4pm-7pm, so plenty of options available for anyone with a tight schedule.

This month's Sunday Service will be at a new location on July 12th - Young Blood Coleman Park in San Francisco!

Remember Sunday Service and any Open Sessions like Monday Sprint Club are always FREE to attend and all levels of experience are welcome.

Bring a friend or come with a group and get some movement in with your crew!
